Conference Theme

Welcome to the 1st Annual International Cyber Security Conference  (CSC). The conference aims to explore cyber security and its application to businesses worldwide.

Cyber Security is indeed a threatening and persistent risk to organizations, institutions and businesses. It affects all society levels, whether international, local or personal.

Through sharing and networking, CSC 2016 will provide an opportunity for researchers, practitioners and educators to exchange research evidence, practical experiences and innovative ideas on issues related to cyber security. The conference will address dangers and perils facing operators, IT personnel’s and business owners around the world.

CSC  will focus on three key areas; a) Cyber Security for Cloud, b) Cyber Security for Big Data, and c) Cyber Security for IOT.

The Conference Proceedings (all accepted papers of the conference) will be indexed by Ulrichsweb, EBSCO, CrossRef, ProQuest and will be submitted to Scopus, ScienceDirect and Cabell's Directories amongst others, where applicable.
Journal: All authors who present their papers at the conference will be invited to submit an extended version of their research paper for the GSTF Journal on Computing (JoC) (Print ISSN: 2251-3043, E-periodical: 2010-2283). All submitted papers will go through blind review process for acceptance. All accepted papers (after the review process) will be included in the JoC on a complimentary basis (free-of-charge). GSTF (Journal) is hosted and published on Springer’s Open Access publishing platform - Global Science Journals (GSJ).
Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards will be conferred at the conference (in order to qualify for the award, the paper must be presented at the conference).
CSC  will also constitute a Special Panel Session.
Panel Proposals are invited for submission. A minimum of three papers centering on a specific topic will be accepted for submission under Panel Category.
